By BS Editor: This add-on can be used to ensure all sent emails are copied to a given email address. This can be useful e.g. when supervising communication of employees or keeping a log of all sent emails on a separate account.
A toolbar button can be installed in the composition window to turn the functionality on/off for the current email.
Configuration
* Open the Preferences ... from the main menu and select the Advanced header
* Select the General tab and click the [Config Editor] button
* Enter [auto_cc] in the filter control
* Doubleclick the [Value] field in the row [extensions.auto_cc.auto_cc_address]
* Enter the email address you want the emails to be sent to
* Close the dialogs
Configure On/Off Button
* Start composing a new email
* Click the right mouse button on the toolbar of the compose window and select "Customize ..."
* Drag the AutoCC button onto the toolbar
* Close the dialog
Adding Address as BCC
* Select the General tab and click the [Config Editor] button
* Enter [auto_cc] in the filter control
* Double click on the row [extensions.auto_cc.send_as_bcc] and make sure the [Value] field displays [true]
Disable Feature
* Open the Preferences ... from the main menu and select the Advanced header
* Select the General tab and click the [Config Editor] button
* Enter [auto_cc] in the filter control
* Double click on the row [extensions.auto_cc.enabled] and make sure the [Value] field displays [false] you can free download Auto-CC 1.0.4 now.
